About the department

Chair of Theory and Philosophy of Law has as its primary field of research a theory of global law and legal anthropology, as well non-positivist concepts of law, especially the questions concerning deliberative democracy, natural law, dealing with the past, transitional justice, theory of hard cases and social ethics.
