Department of Civil Law and Private International Law in particular specializes in the following fields of research: inheritance law, insurance law, pharmaceutics law and in international commercial arbitration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mrs. prof. dr hab. Jadwiga Pazdan is a Headmaster of the Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Headmaster is also an Editor in Chief of the recognised e-Przegl\u0105d Arbitra\u017cowy (Arbitration e-Review) issued by the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of Lewiatan in coordination with Faculty of Law and Administration of UKSW. Mr. dr hab. \u0141ukasz \u017barnowiec is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Arbitration e-Review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
