The Law and Administration Faculty About the department
The Chair of Family Law and Juvenile Law since its inception headed by Prof. Wanda Stojanowska. Now the Head of the chair is prof. dr hab Mirosław Kosek. Particular emphasis in the scientific activities of the Chair is located on interdisciplinary research and experiential dimension.
In the Chair of Family Law and Juvenile Law there are two main lectures (Family Law, Juvenile Law), MA seminars for students of the fourth and fifth year, and lectures specialization (Justice family foster care system, the Law on civil status).
