About the department

The primary activity of the Department Administrative Science and Environmental Protection is the scientific reflection on legal and non-legal aspects of the implementation by the public administration values distinguished for the sake of the common good. The researches are experienced in both theorty and practise.

The scope of the research inclued in particular the following issues:

– the public administration activity,

– axiology of the administration,

– environmental protection law,

– civil service,

– control of public adminsitration,

– construction law,

– administrative proceeding

– Alternative Dispute Resolution
